This Boarded Framed Ledged & Braced Shed door, part of JELD-WEN's Redwood door collection, features a timeless country style with robust and affordable construction, making it the ideal choice for your garden. Its horizontal boards provide additional stability to the vertical panels, ensuring a durable and robust finish.
This JELD-WEN shed door is supplied unfinished and will need treating before it's installed, making it perfect for painting or sealing. In addition to sanding, it's worth noting that these unfinished doors are only suitable for Hi-build microporous paint finishes, using a suitable base coat primer with a 'knotting' solution. This product is FSC Certified and is available in a variety of height and width variants.
Made from wood by-products, solid core doors are dense and highly durable, able to withstand more punishment than hollow core doors. The typical solid core door is a mixture of wood particles glued together with heat, resins and hydraulic pressure to produce a uniform, consistent surface.
We strongly recommend you that you treat this door in accordance with the paint manufacturer's instructions. A light sanding between coats will provide the best finish. These unfinished doors are suitable for Hi-build microporous paint finish only, using a suitable base coat primer with 'knotting' solution.
