This doo can only be trimmed 1.5mm on all edges unfortunately. If this were to be trimmed any more it would void the warranty of the door.

Can these doors be used on an eclipse sliding pocket door system

These doors can be used in the Deanta pocket door system. I am not familiar with the Eclipse system. The door depth is 35mm.
