This frame is supplied oversized in the listed dimensions (2782mm x 993mm) and is designed to be trimmed down to suit custom opening sizes. Unfortunately, this frame is not offered in a larger size option by LPD at present.

Is it suitable for solid timber doors with triple glazed panels?

Provided the Door dimensions fit within the frame size listed then that would be no problem.

The fanlight has a glass bead of 10 X 15 MM for you to install the glass in.
