Is there a guarantee for this door. There’s a review that says the veneer started to bubble off so Would I be able to rerun it if that happened?

With regards to these doors, unfortunately it would not be possible to trim them by 50mm, as this would far exceed the advised trimming tolerances, as well as void the product warranty.
