Description

Available as a left-hand and right-hand design and supplied sprung and fully assembled, the decorative Monkeytail External Lever Door Handle on Backplate from Fab & Fix features an attractive spiral lever design that will bring an antique style to your exterior doors. Designed to look like traditional cast iron door hardware, this lever handle is made from high-quality zinc and comes in a choice of classic metal finishes.

Its ergonomic lever design and low friction nylon bush make gripping the hand comfortable and easy and provide it with a repeated smooth action. Designed to operate multipoint locks with a Euro cylinder, the lever handle's screw fixings are positioned above the lever and at the bottom of the backplate, enabling it to fit locks with a screw hole dimension of 211mm.

The handle is delivered fully assembled and comes with a screw and spindle pack to suit 44-48mm profiles, making installation quick and easy. Care instructions are also provided to ensure your door handle levers maintain their high-quality finish for many years.

Maintenance

  • It is recommended that you routinely clean your external door hardware products to maintain their quality finish and high-end appearance. Moving parts within the mechanism should also be lightly lubricated at least twice a year, particularly if installed in properties within 25 miles of coastal or large industrial areas. More regular cleaning and aftercare may be required in such locations due to the build-up of corrosive contaminants.
