Material composition: Engineered cores are manufactured from reconstituted wood such as chipboard, blockboard, plywood or MDF. Each of these raw materials can be used in different ways to make up the core component parts of a variety of doors. They are more stable in use than solid timber within the modern built environment.
Installation: Internal doors should not be installed in areas with recent plastered, screeded or wet sites. All of our doors including those pre-finished, should not be exposed to inappropriate damp site conditions.
Storage: When receiving door it should be laid flat fully supported off the floor in a dry and fully ventilated area with protective packaging intact. Doors supplied unfinished should be thoroughly sealed on all faces and edges prior to any installation work.
Finishers: Be sure to select a finisher with a lasting seal between component parts. Please avoid water based finishers, using only good quality solvent based finishers. Danish oil is not suitable for use on any of our doors.

do you do this door in a smaller size as my bathroom door is 1830mm+610mm and my other 3 doors upstairs are 1981mm+762mm I trying to get all 4 doors the same style but the bathroom door is proving very difficult due to its size thank you

The door height of 1830mm is too much for any of our standard door heights to be trimmed down to. However we may be able to offer this door in the exact size that you need as a bespoke order. Please contact a member of our sales team and we will be able to look into this for you.
