For use in numerous timber structures where excellent load-bearing support is needed, this 47mm Planed Carcassing C24 Regularised Treated Timber Batten with 4 Eased Edges is an ideal option. It is a highly durable and strong material that can be implemented by both professionals and DIYers.
Not only suitable for ceiling, wall and floor joists but these battens can also be used in outdoor environments to create timber structures, such as decking frames.
As part of the manufacturing process, these timbers are pressure-treated with wood preservatives.
