The Rutland TS.9205 Flatbar Armset Fire Rated Door Closer comes in a simplistic Silver finish. It is ideal for the vast majority of doors, and has a power size of 2-5. This door closer is suitable for doors that weigh up to 110kg and have a maximum width of 1250mm.
This door closer has been designed to assist BS8300 DocM contracts, part of the Equality Act access for all regulations. The TS.9205 can be fitted in standard, parallel or transform position.
Fire tested to EN1634-1, this door closer can be fitted on fire doors and has a 35-year guarantee. The adjustable latch & closing speed, 180° opening angle and universal application make this door closer, highly versatile and durable.
This Rutland door closer is ideal for busy walkways where assistance opening and closing a door is needed.
