Please let me know does this door comes with handle and hinges or does it has cut to fix lock and hinges from current doors?

The hinges and handles are not included. We do have them available separately on our website:

The doors will not have any pre-drilled holes for the hinges and handles, this would need to be done once the door has been delivered.

when you say fully finished does that mean they dont need painting
