Questions & Answers

Question:

Can this door be hung to open externally? Thanks

Answer:

The door can be fitted to open internally or externally, depending on your requirements.

Question:

Hello - could you please tell me what the size of the apertures for the glazing panels are. Many thanks

Answer:

Approximate dimensions ONLY - 256.5 mm x 956mm

Question:

What is the depth of the recesses that accept the glass panels. A standard double glazed unit is 14mm thick which means that the recess must be around 25mm.

Answer:

The manufacturers do advise that the apertures are measured once they arrive on-site.

Advising beforehand will not account for the slight differences (a matter of millimetres) to the aperture sizes of each individual door in production.

Question:

Can you tell me the size of the glass openings? I would like to know before ordering.

Answer:

It's best to measure the individual door upon receipt before ordering glazing, as each door can vary slightly.

Question:

What are the dimensions of the aperture for the glazing?

Answer:

Apertures can vary between sizes, as well as from door to door slightly, therefore we are unable to advise aperture dimensions in advance. It is recommended that you measure a door upon receipt before ordering glazing.
